Price and Product Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All prices are quoted in US$. Availability is as accurate as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 4 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location and product availability.

A 6% sales tax will apply to West Virginia orders.
Shipping Methods and Times
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail for small orders and UPS for orders over 5lbs in the continental US. Cost will be based upon the dollar amount of your order and will be calculated during checkout. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 4 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location and product availability.
Lost products, determined as such by an assigned tracking number confirmation, will be resent within 48 hours of confirmation.
Canceling an Order
Orders may only be canceled if the product has not yet left our facilities. To cancel your order, please call us at 866.468.9802 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after ordering.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the order being received. Refunds minus shipping cost will be issued after the return is received in our warehouse. For additional information on returns please send an email to email@example.com.
