Shipping Methods and Times
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail for small orders and UPS for orders over 5lbs in the continental US. Cost will be based upon the dollar amount of your order and will be calculated during checkout. We do not accept foreign orders and cannot ship to foreign addresses. All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 4 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location and product availability.
Lost products, determined as such by an assigned tracking number confirmation, will be resent within 48 hours of confirmation. Returns must be received within 30 days of the order being shipped. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.

Canceling an Order
As soon as you submit a credit card order, we charge your credit card and send the order to our warehouse for shipping. Therefore, we regret that it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed online.
